What does your Consultation to Renovation process look like?

Our consultation process begins with a visit to your home. One of our experienced designers will arrange a convenient time to meet with you to discuss your project. During this visit, our designer will take precise wall measurements and gain an understanding of your desired layout.

This initial consultation typically lasts around 1 hour.

Our designer will work on preparing a quote (based on design discussions) which will be emailed to you. We require a 10% deposit to start working on design plans.

If you would like to proceed to design stage, your designer will work on plans which will be emailed to you for review. These documents will provide you with a clear visual of the design. Revisions are provided at no extra charge.

Please note the following important points:

  • Even after a deposit is made, you still have the flexibility to make changes to the layout, colour, and materials of your kitchen.
  • The quote can be subject to adjustments even after a deposit is paid, especially if items are added or removed from the project.
  • We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your decision, and our team is committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with the design before moving forward.

How much does a kitchen cost?

Since we specialise in custom-made cabinetry, the pricing for our products is based on several factors. These factors include the size of the project, the materials chosen, and the specific scope of work required. By tailoring our cabinetry to your unique requirements, we ensure that you receive a personalised solution that aligns perfectly with your vision and budget.

How long does a kitchen take to renovate?

The duration of your renovation project

It will vary depending on the specific scope of the work involved. Factors such as flooring updates or any necessary structural building work can impact the time.

On average, a typical kitchen renovation from the start of the project to completion can take 3 to 6 weeks. However, please keep in mind that this is a general estimate and the exact time will be discussed and determined during the planning phase of your project.

How long does it take to manufacture a Kitchen?

Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process for cabinetry takes  4 to 6 weeks. However, this timeline can vary based on the specific scope and complexity of the project.

What brand and materials can I choose from?

At Magno Kitchens, we believe in providing our clients with the freedom to choose from a wide range of brands, colours, and finishes. We do not impose any restrictions in this regard.

However, it’s important to note that we maintain our commitment to quality by offering premium materials. We prioritise the use of high-quality materials and consciously choose not to supply low-quality options.

Does someone need to be home during the renovation?

No, it is not necessary for clients to be present during the renovation process. Many of our clients choose to provide us with access to their property,  while they are away. Whether you’re at work or on vacation, you can trust our professional team to handle the renovation with care and professionalism. We ensure the security and safety of your property while delivering a high-quality project.

Do you refurbish existing Kitchens (i.e kitchen make-overs)?

Kitchen makeovers

No, we do not recommend or provide kitchen makeovers as part of our services. Our expertise lies in designing and manufacturing kitchens to meet the unique needs of our clients.

We focus on creating custom solutions that bring new life to your kitchen space, rather than offering makeovers. Also, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, bespoke cabinetry and comprehensive kitchen renovations that transform your space into a stunning and functional environment.

What are your payment options?

Our payment options are Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque. We do not accept EFTPOS.

Are your kitchens custom-made in Australia?

Yes, all our kitchens are custom-made in our Mulgrave factory to suit the unique requirements of our clients.

Do you manufacture Stone Benchtops & Glass splashbacks?

We don’t manufacture these items ourselves, but we provide the convenience of organising these services through our trusted stone masons and glaziers as part of our comprehensive service.

Do you supply appliance fittings?

We believe appliances, sinks and tap fittings are very personal and we always recommend our clients choose them first hand. We have affiliates with several providers and can provide our clients with  trade pricing on all their needs.

Then, we ask our clients to provide us with a list of appliances including brand and model numbers. Our team will then arrange a quote with the best trade prices available and pass these savings onto our clients.

The quote will come directly from the supplier in the name of the client so that all warranties will be passed directly onto you.

How do you actively work towards minimising your environmental footprint?

To minimise our environmental impact, we take several measures:

Embracing digital processes, we operate as a 90% paperless office.

Also, our cabinetry incorporates COC certified HMR and MDF boards, including specialty boards that hold the Global Green Tag.

We recycle old appliances and scrap metal from kitchen removals. Improvement of our building skills and techniques help us reduce material waste and costs while staying up-to-date with design trends and enhancing productivity.

Then, these initiatives reflect our commitment to sustainability and ensuring a greener approach to our industry.

Do you supply plans and 3D imaging?

Certainly! Once a deposit has been paid, we are delighted to provide our clients with a comprehensive package that includes a floor plan, elevations, and 3D CAD computer renders.

Certainly! To provide you with a quote, we kindly request you to email the following documents to info@magnokitchens.com.au:

Based upon these documents, our team will assess the information and prepare a quote done to your specific requirements which will be emailed to you.

What materials do you use in your kitchens?

We use  materials sourced from trusted suppliers. Our kitchens are crafted using a variety of materials such as solid wood, veneer, engineered wood, stainless steel, stone, and premium hardware to ensure durability and a luxurious finish.

Can you work within my budget?

Certainly! We offer kitchen solutions for a range of budgets. During the design phase, we take your budget into account and recommend suitable options without compromising on quality or design.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we provide professional installation services. Our skilled team of installers will ensure that your kitchen is installed accurately and efficiently, leaving you with a beautiful and functional space.

What after-sales support do you offer?

We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. After the installation, we provide comprehensive after-sales support, including addressing any issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on maintenance and care for your kitchen.

Do you offer a warranty for your kitchens?

Yes, we offer 10-year warranties on our kitchen products and services. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the specific products used.

Do you provide a professional cleaning service upon completion of installation?

Our team of installers will wipe down any excess dust inside cabinets or on door fronts, however it is the requirement of the client to deep clean the kitchen to their liking. If a deep clean is required, please notify the team and we will arrange a local cleaning service for you which will be included in your quote.
